Hey there! I'm Brette. In 2019, I was finishing up my undergrad in the Food Science Industry Management program at BYU, where I found my passion for business and baking. I had a few recipes in my pockets and BIG dreams of running my own wedding cake business. Did I have a pastry arts desgree? No. Did I have any professional experience? Nope. Did I let that stop me? Absolutely not! After three years of trial and error, many late night orders, never-ending dishes, and LOTS of practice, I grew my little home-based cake venture into a thriving, reputable designer wedding cake business that has been featured by brands such as Wilton and Cake Masters. In 2021, I was awards July Cake Decorator of the Month by American Cake Decorating Magazine. I make a full-time income. I dow the work that I love. I get to be home with my kids. And now I'm teaching you how to do it too.
